Shipping policy

Pre-Order

All Kaftan sets are pre-order / made-to-order. Each piece is carefully crafted and will take 4–6 weeks to be prepared before shipping. Once ready, your order will be sent according to the selected delivery option.

UK Orders

At LAREIBA, we aim to deliver your order safely and promptly. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with tracking provided via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Up to 7 working days.
  • 24-Hour Tracked: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm.
  • 1pm Special Guaranteed: Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm may take 1–2 working days for delivery, depending on the chosen shipping option.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number provided, LAREIBA is not responsible for any loss or delay caused by the courier.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

European Orders

All European orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL Express, with tracking numbers provided via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail): 7–10 working days.
  • Express Shipping (DHL Express): 2–4 working days.

USA & Canada Orders
